Introduction and purpose

Your integrity is important to us, so we have established this policy to clarify how we work to safeguard your rights and integrity.

Processing of personal data

We treat first and foremost personal data to fulfill our obligations towards you. We strive to not process more personal information than necessary for the purpose.

We also need your personal information to provide you with good service, for example, business, follow-up and information. We may also need your personal information to comply with laws, as well as conduct customer and market analyzes.

Personal data is processed only when we have legal basis (to fulfill obligations under contract and law). Personal data submitted by you may be used internally by us or for communication and promotion like.

According to the Accounting Act, personal data must be stored for at least 7 years, so this does not apply to “Get your personal data deleted”.
If the relationship between ScandBook and customer, prospectus or supplier expires, data shall be deleted or anonymized during annual audit. Upon request for removal of personal data, this must be done within 3 months. You can also request a registry extract to access the personal information we process about you.

Collection of personal data

We get your personal information when:

  • You request a quotation or contact us via our website
