Wahlstr\u00f6ms Bokf\u00f6rlag trennte sich von der Produktion, die von B. Wahlstr\u00f6ms Bokindustri AB \u00fcbernommen wurde.<\/p>\n<p>Das Gesch\u00e4ft wuchs und allm\u00e4hlich wurden die R\u00e4umlichkeiten zu eng. Die R\u00e4umlichkeiten des Unternehmens waren \u00fcber viele Orte in Stockholm verstreut, und der Transport war sehr zeitaufw\u00e4ndig. Im Jahr 1967 wurde das Unternehmen nach Falun verlegt. Der Grund daf\u00fcr, dass es Falun wurde, war die Tatsache, dass die Stadt verkehrstechnisch g\u00fcnstig von Stockholm entfernt war. Man war auch der Meinung, dass die Stadt dem Unternehmen und den Besch\u00e4ftigten einen guten Service bieten kann.<\/p>\n<p>1982 wurde eine Umstrukturierung durchgef\u00fchrt und B. Wahlstr\u00f6ms Bokindustri AB wurde eine Tochtergesellschaft von J. A. Lindblads Bokf\u00f6rlag AB und \u00e4nderte ihren Namen in ScandBook AB. Die Absicht war, dass ScandBook auf den Markt gehen und auch Druckauftr\u00e4ge von anderen Unternehmen in Wahlstr\u00f6ms Bokf\u00f6rlag annehmen w\u00fcrde.<\/p>\n<p>1987 verkaufte Wahlstr\u00f6ms ScandBook an Aktietrykkeriet in Trondheim. Mai 1976<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Im Dezember 2002 kaufte ScandBook seinen Kollegen in Smedjebacken, und seither werden B\u00fccher in Fabriken sowohl in Falun als auch in Smedjebacken hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Im Oktober 2006 wechselte das Unternehmen erneut den Besitzer. Die neuen und derzeitigen Eigent\u00fcmer sind eine Risikokapitalgesellschaft mit Sitz in Stockholm, Accent Equity Partner, und einige Mitarbeiter in leitenden Positionen im Unternehmen.<\/p>\n<p>Im Herbst 2009 nimmt ScandBook seine neue Taschenbuchfabrik in Falun in Betrieb und erweitert seine Aktivit\u00e4ten um einen neuen Gesch\u00e4ftsbereich.<\/p>\n<p>Im Jahr 2015 fusionierte Scandbook mit Print IT in Klaipeda, Litauen.
