Printing plate preparation
Our printing house uses Kodak equipment for the printing plates preparation. Plates are digitally made using Kodak Magnus VLF and Magnus 800 CTPs. Our whole workflow is based on Kodak Prinergy software.
Print ready file formats
We usualy work with print ready PDF files that meet PDF/X-4 standard. Our current software allows us to work with 1.6 and higher versions of PDF files that have transparencies, without flattening them.
Images that are in the RGB format will be automatically converted to CMYK using FOGRA39 or FOGRA47 characterization data sets depending on the paper type.
Production of Hardproofs
We produce Hardproofs according to ISO 12647-2 offset press standard and ensure their high quality. Hardproofs are printed using Kodak KPS or Efi Fiery XF software and Epson Stylus Pro 9800 or Epson Stylus Pro 7900 high quality inkjet printers.
